Text: This option will add textbox field (as in figure below), which
allows you to enter text (characters) values
Yes/No: This option will add
two Radio
buttons (as in figure below) or Options with answers as Yes/No.
Checkbox: This option will
add Check boxes (as in figure below) fields, which allows you to select
one or more options available
Radio Buttons: This option
will add Radio Button fields (as in figure below), which allows you to
choose only one option at a time from the available options
Short Date: This option will
add textbox like field (as in figure below), which allows you to choose
Date by navigating the calendar from the drop-down
Short Date/Time: This option
will add textbox like field (as in figure below) similar to the above,
but adds time along with Date
Decimal: This option will add
textbox like field (as in figure below), which allows you to enter decimal
values for example: 100.00 or 252.25
Long: This option will add
textbox like field (as in figure below) which allows you to enter number
values between 1 and 2147483647
Spin Edit: This option will
add Textbox like Spin Edit field (as in figure below) which will allow
you to scroll through the numbers
